Amazon has officially launched its ‘3 for 2’ book sale ahead of Prime Big Deal Days, and it includes a number of hardcover Dungeon Crawler Carl books. These types of sales are the best possible time to start your collection of Matt Dinniman’s hit LitRPG books for cheap.
Not all of the Dungeon Crawler Carl hardcover books are eligible for the sale, however. A Parade of Horribles, the latest book in the series, is included alongside five other books. The second and third books are missing, but they do have their own separate discounts.
Buy 2, Get 1 Free Dungeon Crawler Carl Books
Amazon is already one of the best places to buy books at a discount, so these types of sales are perfect if you’re looking to buy every book in a series. And while not every Dungeon Crawler Carl hardcover book is getting discounted here, there’s enough of them here that you can still take advantage of this sale twice.
If you add all six of these books to your cart, Amazon will automatically drop the price of the two cheapest ones off your cart. This amounts to an additional $34.35 of savings if you’re already going to be buying them all.
The other two books that aren’t included in the ‘3 for 2’ sale are also two of the cheapest in the series already with a combined price of $32.75. So although two of the eight books aren’t actually included in the promotion, you can still get the whole collection of hardcovers for $118.52.
Note: The first Dungeon Crawler Carl Graphic Novel is not included in this sale, but it continues to be pretty cheap on Amazon.
Amazon’s Audible deal is great for the audiobook versions
The ‘3 for 2’ sale is great for fans who are looking for some merch to add to their shelves, but the audible deal is better for newcomers. The popularity of Dungeon Crawler Carl is, in no small part, thanks to some absolutely terrific audiobooks. Matt Dinniman himself has praised Jeff Hays’ performance, saying he’s one of the few narrators out there doing all of the voices and sound effects that really bring audiobooks to life. And the DCC audio versions are undoubtedly some of the best audiobooks available right now.
If you’re new to the series, or just want to see what the audiobook hype is about, Amazon is running an Audible promo that’s worth checking out. New subscribers can get the Audible Standard plan for only $0.99/month for the first four months, which includes one book per month. You’ll also get a bonus $20 Audible credit to spend anything you want.
