To help celebrate Star Wars Day / May the 4th, Dairy Farmers of America (DFA) is bringing back TruMoo Star Wars Blue Milk on April 16 to give fans a taste of that galaxy far, far away for the first time since 2024.
This beverage, which is inspired by the drink we first saw Luke Skywalker drinking in Star Wars: A New Hope, is a vanilla low-fat milk that will be available in dairy departments in the U.S. starting today, April 16. Each serving has nine grams of protein and eight essential nutrients, and it's even made without artificial colors.
Fans can also head over to starwarsmilk.com to find not only a site filled with cosmic crafts, themed recipes, and a store locator to find Blue Milk near you, but also the chance to enter the TruMoo Explore a Galay of Flavor sweepstakes for a chance to win a $5,000 grand prize.
There will also be a "galactic bounty" of instant-win prizes, including exclusive Star Wars-themed merchandise, TruMoo gear, and free milk.
"For decades, fans have watched Luke Skywalker on Tatooine and wondered what that blue milk actually tastes like. That question is what made this product so exciting for us to bring to market,” said Rachel Kyllo, Chief Marketing Officer of Dairy Brands at Dairy Farmers of America. “When fans started asking for it back, we didn't hesitate. TruMoo Blue Milk is about turning a piece of movie history into something you can actually enjoy at your kitchen table."
While this will once again only be available for a limited time, fans can always head to Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge at both Walt Disney World and Disneyland to also get some Blue Milk, even though it is a bit different.
