Magic: The Gathering is heading back to the Marvel Universe this month with its Super Heroes set, and while we’re expecting a whole host of new products to hit shelves when it does, Draft Night is not only returning — it’s seeing a preorder discount, too.
This boxed product is seeing a $10 discount at Amazon, bringing it from $119.99 down to $109.99. It’s not a huge saving, sure, but if you preorder now, you’ll get the lowest price thanks to the retailer’s Savings Preorder Price Guarantee.
Save On A Draft Night Box And Get A Collector Booster
A Draft Night box, as the name suggests, is aimed at players looking to play a sealed game of Magic: The Gathering.
You and your friends crack open the 12 included Play Boosters, and amass your decks from their contents. Then you add in lands (there are 90 included here) and duel it out for supremacy… and a Collector Booster.
Therein lies another reason to pick this one up. Collector Boosters will be extremely popular, and will undoubtedly sell out just about everywhere. One of these packs is $39.99, with Play Boosters $6.99 each.
Adding all of that together, you’re getting $123.87 of value (or thereabouts), but that doesn’t include the 90 lands, which, while unlikely to offer any real value, are still handy to have for deckbuilding purposes.
That value proposition will only improve if the price drops, but as mentioned above, preordering means you’ll get the lowest price regardless.
