The mask comes with several programmed phrases and it makes Vader's iconic breathing sounds. Honestly, the voice changer is pretty basic, but I'm not expecting studio-ready equipment for 30 bucks.
Personally, I think paying full price for this is not a great value proposition, especially since it's not a fully enclosed mask (it leaves the sides and back exposed). However, for $20 off, and considering the mask fits kids and adults, it's a decent deal, particularly because all you really need beyond this is a black cloak and lightsaber to complete the look. If you want a budget-friendly Dark Lord costume, this is a pretty good option.
