American actress Hayden Panettiere has died at 36, reports ABC News.
“It is with profound sadness that we share the tragic passing of our beloved Hayden,” reads a statement provided by her representative. “She was an incredible light and a force of nature who brought immeasurable love and joy to all who knew her – and to the millions who watched her onscreen.”

Widely known for her TV roles as Claire Bennet on the series Heroes and Juliette Barnes on Nashville, Panettiere’s entertainment career began on TV back in the mid ’90s. She made her feature film debut at just nine years old as the voice of Princess Dot in 1998’s A Bug’s Life and went on to appear in many other films, including Remember the Titans, Raising Helen, the Scream franchise, and I Love You, Beth Cooper.
Panettiere was also a voice actor in a number of Kingdom Hearts games, and starred as Samantha Giddings in PlayStation’s Until Dawn.
