Get a detailed look at the new Specialist class in Aliens: Fireteam Elite 2, the upcoming four-player, third-person PvE shooter sequel where you'll be blasting hordes of Xenomorphs. The Specialist class must be unlocked be leveling up the other classes, and once you do you'll be able to build almost any Specialist character you want. Check out the developer overview video above.

In the video, the developers show and explain how leveling up the other classes will allow you to really customize your play style using the fully configurable Specialist class that lets you borrow abilities from any of the other classes.

Aliens: Fireteam Elite 2 is our IGN First "cover story" for the month of May, and the game will be released this summer for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S.
