The Walmart Black Friday sale has officially launched for anyone with a Walmart+ membership, and some of the early access deals are actually incredible. The most notable discounts in the sale are Apple deals that no other retailer has been able to price match yet. You can get a pair of Apple AirPods 4 for only $69, which is an absolutely ridiculous price. The Apple Pencil has also dropped to the new low price of $49 for this sale.
Currently, these Apple discounts are only available as early access deals for those with a Walmart+ subscription. Coincidentally, Walmart is offering 50% off the price of Walmart+ from now through Cyber Monday for anyone who wants to join. These discounts are set to go live for everyone starting tomorrow, but it's possible Walmart will raise prices again once the early access period is over.
The Best Walmart Apple Deals Today
Apple AirPods 4
Walmart's Apple AirPods 4 deal is hands-down the best discount we've ever seen on these earbuds. This price is for the AirPods models without active noise cancellation, but it's still $10 cheaper than what both Amazon and Best Buy are currently offering. The AirPods 4 dropped to their lowest ever price just last week and Walmart has taken it even further with an extra $10 off. If you're looking to buy a pair of these wireless earbuds for Black Friday this year, this is the best price you're likely ever going to see.
Walmart's discounts on the latest AirPods Pro 3 are the same as we've seen everywhere else, so it's really just the cheapest model that is getting a surprise price drop here.
Apple Pencil (USB-C)
The second killer Apple deal at Walmart is on the Apple Pencil. At $49, this is the lowest price I've ever seen this iPad accessory go. According to an Amazon price tracker, it has dropped down to $59 a few times over the summer, but never this low. Other retailers currently have it priced at $69 for Black Friday, so this is a very significant price gap. If you're already planning on buying an iPad, I'd highly recommend picking up the compatible Apple Pencil. It's something I use fairly regularly for drawing on my iPad Pro, but it's also excellent for note-taking. With this discount right now, you're not going to find it any cheaper anywhere else.
What Is Apple Planning for Black Friday?
It's worth noting that Apple announced its offical Black Friday sale last week. The tech company is planning to offer up to $250 in gift cards for select Apple products when you purchase directly through the Apple Store. This sales event is the same thing they do every year, so it's not really too surprising.
Outside of Apple itself, we've already been seeing discounts from other retailers like Amaon, Best Buy, and Target on iPads, Apple Watches, and AirPods. Walmart has been price-matching these discounts for the most part, with the exception of these two new deals launching with its sale.
