The Running Man may have just landed in cinemas, but if you can't wait to add the Edgar Wright-directed feature to your collection at home, preorders have already gone live for its 4K steelbook and standard 4K release. Walmart even has an exclusive two-movie collection available to preorder, if you want the new film alongside the original from 1987.
At the moment, there's no official release date for these, since the movie only just came out, but by preordering a copy now you'll secure it for yourself the day it's available. Have a look through the various versions available below.
Preorder The Running Man Steelbook
The 4K steelbook features quite the action shot of Glen Powell's Ben Richards leaping from a window. It comes with a 4K disc, Blu-ray, and digital copy of the film alongside a disc for special features. At the moment, no features have been revealed yet, but we'll update this when they are.
Preorder The Running Man Two-Movie Collection (Walmart Exclusive)
This Walmart-exclusive two-movie collection comes with the 2025 version of The Running Man alongside the 1987 release starring Arnold Schwarzenegger.
Preorder The Running Man 4K
If you're just looking to add the film in a regular format to your library, the 4K release features a red cover with multiple characters gathered in the middle rather than the blue action shot on the steelbook's cover. This release comes with a 4K, Blu-ray, and digital copy of the film as well.
Curious to see what else is available to preorder right now? Our breakdown of upcoming 4Ks and Blu-rays shows what's coming out over the next few months. And if you're looking for new movies and shows to pick up right now, the good news is Black Friday is right around the corner, meaning physical media deals are soon to drop.
At the moment, the Criterion Collection's Black Friday sale is live and movies like Superman in 4K have already dropped to a new low price, so you can stock up on some more movies to watch at a discount.
