The LEGO Medieval Town Square Set Has Dropped to Its Lowest Price in Amazon History

I recently had the privilege to build the Medieval Horse Knight Castle set. It's a fairly new release that is joined by only a few other sets aimed at early Renaissance times—including this full-on medieval town. Speaking from experience, I can tell you it's awesome to put together these types of sets. They always come with a bunch of minifigures and there are plenty of places to display them on your build as you go. It feels like a little medieval scene that you can configure any way you want. They are an absolutely delightful experience.

But also an expensive one. The castle that I built is one of the cheapest options available in the LEGO Store's whole medieval category and it's $130. Which is what makes this current discount noteworthy. The LEGO Medieval Town Square is normally priced at $229.99, but it's getting a 20% discount for the first time ever at Amazon and the LEGO Store.

LEGO Medieval Town Square Set on Sale

It's not like this set has never been discounted before, but this is by far the lowest price we've ever seen it on Amazon and it just so happens to be during October Prime Day. It's still an expensive set, but when you factor in how many pieces this build includes it becomes obvious why this is such a good deal. The LEGO Medieval Town Square set is made up of 3,305 pieces and eight minifigures. It even comes with a little cat, squirrel, and a goat. Pretty much everything you need for a successful plastic brick village.

The build itself is split up into two different buildings. There's a house with a little guard tower included as well as a cluster of what looks to be three residential buildings. There's a ton of other little details in between those two things that make a rather lively scene once it's all put together. At over 3,000 pieces, this isn't a set that you'll likely be finishing in one sitting, but it is likely one you'll enjoy every time you sit down to build more of it. And once you're done putting it together you can choose to display it and move the characters around any time you feel like switching it up.

The Best Switch 2 Memory Card Just Got Another Big Discount, Now Even Cheaper Than Prime Day

Don’t tell my boss, but I have a sneaking suspicion that Amazon’s recent “Prime Big Deal Days” sale might have been completely pointless. It’s basically already Amazon’s “we’ve got Prime Day at home” before its inevitable torture of Black Friday sales kicks in for what feels like a whole month. […]
