IGN can exclusively announce San Diego Comic-Con's Jason Universe panel, which will take place on Friday, July 11, and will be filled with exclusive first looks, multiple standout giveaways, and a deep dive into "Jason's blood-soaked history and what's lurking ahead."
Horror, Inc. is celebrating the 45th anniversary of Friday the 13th in a big way, and this includes an inside-look at the brand-new design of Jason, the first-look at the Sweet Revenge vignette helmed by writer/director Mike P. Nelson, and a panel-exclusive message from the set of Peacock's upcoming prequel series called Crystal Lake.
Nelson will be on hand for the panel, and he will be joined by Horror, Inc. President Robert Barsamian, VP Robbie Barsamian, and CMO Sheri Conn alongside Atomic Monster EVP of Film Judson Scott. Hosting the panel will be Mondo senior creative director Peter Santa-Maria a.k.a. AttackPeter.
As for what the panel will entail, attendees will get a first look and the chance to win Spirit Halloween's newest Jason mask, which was created with the 45th anniversary and his updated design in mind. There will also be other giveaways and exclusive 45th anniversary hats available for those in attendance alongside a limited-edition 18"x12" Mondo lithograph inspired by Sweet Revenge that was designed by Santa-Maria.

Lastly, IGN can also reveal that NECA will be unveiling their new 7.6" Ultimate Savini Action Figure at their SDCC booth (#3545), and this will actually be the first collectible based on 2017's Friday the 13th: The Game.
