Need a backup wall charger for your Apple iPhone 16 or Nintendo Switch 2? Target just dropped the price on the Anker Ace 45W USB Type-C wall charger to just $11.99 (it’s normally $20). Target offers free shipping on orders over $35, or you can simply buy online and pickup in-store for free. This is a very inexpensive price for an Anker branded charging brick with enough power output to fast charge most portable electronics. Note that no cables are included.
Anker Ace 45W USB Wall Charger for $11.99
The Anker Ace is about as tiny as you can get with a wall charger thanks to its use of gallium nitride (GaN) instead of the more common silicon for its semiconductor material. This makes the charger smaller, faster, and more energy-efficient than a traditional charger. The plug can also fold out of the way so that it doesn’t get damaged during travel.
This is a simple wall charger with a single USB Type-C port that supports up to 45W of Power Delivery. The 45W output is higher than what I see in most chargers at this price point and it can charge many portable electronics at their fastest rate, including the Nintendo Switch and Switch 2 (caps out at 18W-20W), the Steam Deck (35W), and Apple iPhone 16 (30W). It also supports the Samsung Super Fast Charging 2.0 standard that’s found on newer Galaxy smartphones.
