Google Pixel 10 Phones Get Their First Ever Discounts at Amazon for Prime Big Deal Days

I’ve had a Google Pixel phone for over a year now and I don’t think I could ever go back to anything else. The operating system is snappy and responsive, of course, but it’s the camera features that I’ve enjoyed the most. Even the most casual pictures I take turn out great, and Google’s AI features help to make them look even better than real life half the time. If you’re looking for a good iPhone alternative that isn’t made by Samsung, I highly recommend grabbing a Pixel, especially while they’re getting discounts.

Google launched the latest generation of Pixel 10 phones just a few months ago, and these are the first price cuts we’ve seen on the unlocked models. Both the Pixel 10 and Pixel 10 Pro have dropped to their lowest ever price for Amazon’s Prime Big Deal Days sale.

Best Google Pixel 10 Deals Today

The latest Pixel phones have barely been available for a month now, so it’s pretty surprising that Amazon is already offering discounts. The final phone in the lineup, the Pixel 10 Pro Fold, doesn’t even come out until Thursday this week. With the current discounts, the prices on both the standard Pixel 10 and Pixel 10 Pro are definitely worth considering for your next phone upgrade.

Pixel phones have always been on the more affordable side, so to see these discounts on the latest generation isn’t too surprising. Especially when the Pixel 10 line didn’t come with enough upgrades to make the phones much better than the Pixel 9.

What we said in our review

We reviewed the Google Pixel 10 just last month, here’s a quick snapshot of what we thought:

“The Pixel 10 doesn’t quite deliver on what initially looked fairly promising. Its cameras are good, but not better than the Pixel 9 Pro’s. It’s performance is good, but again not much better than the Pixel 9 Pro’s. Its display isn’t even better, and its design is much the same. Google banks a lot on its software, but I didn’t see much promise in that during testing, and every year Google binds new features to new models and leaves the “getting better over time with Feature Drops” prior models behind, I can only think that the same thing will happen to the Pixel 10 in a year’s time, too. It’s still a good phone, but there’s little reason to settle for it when you can get a better one for around the same price.”

Should you wait for a better deal?

Amazon has some surprisingly good deals on Android phones right now, but that doesn’t mean there won’t be better deals during Black Friday season this year. Considering we are still so close to the release date of these phones, I would expect that we’ll probably see even lower prices next month when all of the phones go on sale. That’s just a guess, but it’s pretty in line with what I’ve seen happen with Google Pixel phone prices over the last few years.

With that in mind, these discounts still make it a good time to upgrade if you need a phone right now. $799 for the Pro model is a great price and is how much it would cost to buy a new standard iPhone 17 on its own.
