The Kobra 4 is an excellent option for any newcomer to 3D printing; it's easy to setup, it produces great 3D prints with minimal fiddling, there are plenty of mods available (that you can print yourself), all at a budget price.
New Release: Anycubic Kobra 4 3D Printer for Under $200
The Anycubic Kobra 4 is an excellent 3D printer for users who are just starting out. The printer comes nearly fully assembled and you can start producing your first prints in minutes. The open bed work chamber measures approximately 10.2" cubed. The print head boasts a max print speed of 600mm/s with 20,000mm/s² acceleration and can print a benchy in about 14 minutes. Anycubic claims that its new next-gen leveling algorithim can re-print the same object with a repeatability factor of less than 0.02mm, which is quite excellent.
Newbie-friendly features include automatic 49-point auto-leveling, built-in accelerometer with vibration compensation, four independent brushless motors that work together to ensure smooth, jam-free filament feed and retraction, evenly distributed heatbed, and quiet operation (less than 48 decibels). Filament and hotend changes are also fast and easy. An integrated 720p camera allows for real-time monitoring. There are two methods of controlling the 3D printer: through the integrated touchscreen display, or via Wi-Fi on your mobile device.

The extra $85 price premium is worth it because buying the module outright will cost you nearly $200. It also features intelligent identification filament sync, nozzle clog detection, and active heating. The filament is stored in a sealed container to avoid foreign contamination.
There are plenty of other 3D printer options out there. Keep in mind, however, that very few of them will offer similar features for even close to the same price.
