Among the many, many items that will go on sale on (and in the lead-up to) Black Friday 2025, LEGO sets are sure to get discounts. In fact, LEGO has already announced its Black Friday sale that will run on the LEGO Store. But plenty of other retailers also sell LEGO sets, and they’re sure to drop prices as well. What kinds of deals can you expect to see? You’ve come to the right place.
Up to 40% Off LEGO Sets
LEGO sets deals are somewhat unpredictable – except at the LEGO Store. The LEGO Store is the brick-building company’s own online storefront, and it always sells sets at MSRP unless there’s a sale going on. Meanwhile, other retailers, like Amazon, might have certain sets at MSRP while others are pretty much always available with a discount of some kind. For Amazon specifically, you can check the price history of all items on Camelcamelcamel, a site I use all the time in the world of deals.
Whenever Amazon or Target have a LEGO sale throughout the year, you can generally expect to see prices drop about 20%. However, for Black Friday, the scale of the sale will be significantly bigger. More sets will get discounts, and the discounts will be deeper. You can expect to see some rarely-discount sets drop to 20% off, while older or more common sets will drop to 30% or even 40% off. Target, for example, had an early Black Friday sale with 40% off LEGO sets over the weekend. You can expect similar deals to return later this month.
LEGO’s Black Friday Set
Each year on Black Friday, LEGO releases a major new set. This year, it’s LEGO U.S.S. Enterprise from Star Trek: The Next Generation. It’s a big 3,600-piece set that comes with a display stand and placard, as well as nine minifigures. This set won’t be on sale, but it will be available exclusively from the LEGO Store starting at 12:00 a.m. ET on November 28.
Buy it and you’ll receive a LEGO Icons Star Trek Type-15 Shuttlepod (set #40768) as a Gift With Purchase, while supplies last.
LEGO Insiders Weekend
Throughout the year, LEGO hosts a handful of sales just for LEGO Insiders (you can sign up here for free). One such sale is called the LEGO Insiders Weekend sale, and it runs the weekend before Black Friday (November 22 – 23 this year). LEGO says to expect a weekend “filled with surprises, gifts with purchases and much more.”
